Meeting the New York Publication Requirement

In the state of New York, only LLCs are required to file the Publication of their articles to show the public that the business has been formed. The publication needs to be filed in the county of formation listed on the Articles from the state. The County of Formation is based on the company address to show where it is basically located, but the actual physical address of the company is not recorded by the state at all. 

Unfortunately, Bizee does not currently offer publication filing services at this time.
