    Hello,

Thank you for your question, but unfortunately, we can not exactly answer that for you. We are not lawyers or Business Advisers so we are unsure how your initial Investment is attacked in regards to a lawsuit.

As we would understand it, anything the LLC or Corp. owns directly would be at risks like a bank account or any property in the company's name as long as you properly separate yourself from the business as much as possible.

If you are concerned about a lawsuit type of situation then we would strongly suggest you speak with an Attorney before you proceed.

Is it still the case that only the owner's initial investment is attacked in a lawsuit, if the LLC yields profit?
