    I have called and emailed for the last 22 days - no response.  I have never had such poor customer service from IncFile - what is happening???

    I have been a customer for over 6 years and refer you to our clients all the time - you are now making us look bad with such referrals.

    Please answer your phones and/or reply to your emails..... I need your help and you are doing NOTHING.

    I filed via IncFile and paid for 2-day expedited service. I have not heard from this company at all. NO ONE is answering phones - the phone system is a complete scam. You will be on hold and continue in a perpetual loop that directs you to email the company. I sent an email and received an automated response asking how their service was. NO ONE responded to my email and it's been over a week.

    NEVER use this company. I am now stuck with IncFile as they have started the LLC formation process and I have no way of cancelling the order or reaching anyone. This company is a complete sham. I have no idea if/when I will receive any of my paperwork from them. 

    I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company has engaged in false advertising. I recommend never utilizing their services.

    I have been calling and emailing for 9 days and no one is responding.  Is your company still in business?  At least coming to this page I can see that I am not the only one you are ignoring.

    Order placed 10/27/2020. Neither order nor payment received by Secretary of State. On 11/24/2020, confirmed with human being that nothing was received from IncFile. They also had no recent delays because of COVID (IncFile lie #1). They have no person or team that works with business that mail in orders (IncFile lie #2). They can process orders directly within 7 days via mail or 72 hours online. Completed my needs directly with the state. IncFile still trying to say the file was sent and paid for = no refund. A business cannot retain funds for services or actions never rendered, especially with a bogus 24 hr limit + $30 cancellation fee. It should not have taken this much action on a customer's part to get real answers. Customer service reps give scripted responses and take no ownership or accountability to rectify the problem. This is not how a reputable organization conducts business. Based on comments above, that seems to be the new company policy. Keep the money but pass the buck. DISGRACEFUL.

    I have ordered with you with my initial order in June the Business Licenses and Permits and got charged for $ 99.

    I have been waiting for this service for almost 3 weeks and not yet uploaded to my dashboard  although I have been informed by your customer service it take 1 week minimum and 3 weeks maximum, needless to say your website mention it a service of 7 – 10 days only.

    today I spoke to your customer service and she was answering me with anger and so tough, i am really so furestrated from her, you should educate them how to treat your clients.

     

    we pay for service not for somebody to shout us !

    i rate you poor service indeed
