Can I incorporate a company as a Foreign Individual?

Yes, you can absolutely still file, even if you're not a U.S. citizen or do not have a U.S. Social Security Number. 

How can I get my EIN?

The IRS allows the obtainment of a federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) to foreign individuals, however, the process to obtain is different from the process used to obtain an EIN for individuals with a social security number.

During the order process, we will ask you to confirm if you are a foreign individual who has never been assigned a Social Security Number. If this option is selected, we will prepare an IRS form to apply for your company's EIN. We will require you to sign it and we will fax it on your behalf upon the completion of your order.

How long does the EIN take to be provided?

Assignment of an EIN typically takes approximately 3 months to obtain after the prepared document provided has been faxed to the IRS.

Things you must know

Here are a few things to be aware of:

• We can not ship your Kit or Documents internationally. We will supply the documents for your order electronically with all packages.
• Some states require your company address to be a physical address in that state.
• Our application is not formatted for international addresses, so if you run into an issue with a foreign address then follow this model:

• We do not accept Wire Transfers.  We only accept payments with credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.
