When you want to connect your domain to your website you have 2 options
Option 1: Update your DNS Host Records
Your new hosting provider, for example, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or Godaddy will provide information of your new "host records", follow the instructions so that you can update them on our systems that your domain will point to their servers.
Access your domain dashboard by using the following link and then clicking on manage domain

1). Click "Manage Domain"
It will open up the domain dashboard in a new window, It should not ask you for a username or password, but in the event that it does, just close the new window and hit the manage domain button again
2) Click on your domain name
3) Click "Host Records"
4) Update host records so they match that your website provider has given you and click done, its important to note that changes made here could take up to 48 hours to reflect
to modify your DNS, nameservers, host records, or transfer the domain, you need to access your domain dashboard by using the following link and then clicking on manage domain

Option 2: Update Nameservers
Access your domain dashboard by using the following link and then clicking on manage domainhttps://orders.incfile.com/dashboard/domain-and-email/manage
1). Click "Manage Domain"
It will open up the domain dashboard in a new window, It should not ask you for a username or password, but in the event that it does, close the new window and hit the manage domain button again
2) Click on your domain name
3) click on "Nameservers"
4) Update Entry, enter the nameservers provided by your website host, and then click confirm, it's important to note that changes made to nameservers can take up to 48 hours to reflect, but once its done, your domain will be connected to your website provider and you will be able to complete the set up on their end, if you require any additional assistance after this step, you will need to contact your new website provider
