Why does my name keeps getting lowercased?

You can rest assured that regardless of the way that the information gets input into our system whenever an order is placed, all of the information we receive gets processed in all uppercase. 

Once the information gets processed and the order shows as shipped in your client dashboard, you'll be able to see that the information shows in uppercase to avoid any kind of typo regarding the mixing of upper and lower cases.
