Once an order is placed in our system, it will reach our filing department. If the filing department detects that an address you provided will end up in a rejection from the state, they will send out an email requesting a new address to be provided to continue.
As soon as the new address is retrieved via email, the information will be updated and our filing department will be able to continue with the filing.
This additional information request is sent according to what we as Bizee identify as a trigger that most probably will end up in a rejection. This does not mean that the information has been sent to the state and rejected, this is just a precaution to avoid any rejections, and therefore avoid delays in the initial filing of the company.
